THE MENTENWIRT IS A HOUSE WITH A LONG HISTORY UPON WHICH WE WANT TO BUILD, CREATE SOMETHING NEW AND, THROUGH DEDICATED IDEAS AND AN OPEN MIND, CONTINUE LONG INTO THE FUTURE.

The apartments feature a comfortable living area and one or two separate bedrooms, while a sofa-bed provides sleeping for two more people. Fully equipped, including kitchen, bath with shower and WC, bedding and towels, hairdryer, LED TV and Wi-Fi.
And thanks to our Mentenwirt Suite with balcony, we offer you yet another opportunity to spend your holidays in a beautiful setting.

In addition to our holiday apartments, we also offer you 10 guestrooms (double, triple and family rooms) which have been modernized and are classically furnished in order to guarantee you a restful stay. Here, rustic construction meets modern amenities, with highest quality and every comfort a matter of course: individually appointed rooms, some with balcony and always a unique view of the Lungau’s magnificent mountain world.

WHETHER YOU CHOOSE TO BOOK YOUR STAY WITH BREAKFAST OR HALF BOARD (DINNER), OUR TEAM WILL ALWAYS PAMPER YOU IN A COMPLETELY RELAXED ATMOSPHERE.
Our dining rooms are traditional, places where the emphasis is on warmth and togetherness. We will treat you to Lungau specialties and fresh regional products along with international cuisine. Begin your day with a breakfast buffet rich in vitamins and then, in the evening, allow us to indulge you in a 3-course dinner menu (with half board).
We invite you to take a seat in one of our two comfortable dining rooms or out on the terrace. There, you will find plenty of room for families and groups, for celebrations and special events.

SKI RESORTS, RECREATION AREAS AND GOLF COURSES NEARBY
THE MENTENWIRT AND THE IDYLLIC VILLAGE OF ST. MARTIN JUST OUTSIDE ST. MICHAEL IN THE LUNGAU ARE THE IDEAL BASE FOR ACTIVITIES OF EVERY KIND.
Our Mentenwirt, including a guesthouse and holiday apartments, is located just 300 meters from the valley station of the Sonnenbahn lifts – serving the Speiereck-Grosseck ski area – in other words, within easy walking distance. You can also begin your day of skiing simply by hopping on the ski bus, which happens to stop opposite the Mentenwirt. In summer, you will find running trails right outside our front door, while you are only a few meters from a popular long-distance biking route known as the Murradweg. We are barely 1 km from the Lungau Golf Club in St. Michael, while a tennis court (sand) is only 3 km from here.
